LG releases 4 New Apps for Windows Phone 7

LG Launched 4 new Apps for their Windows Phone 7 devices today, in addition to their Augmented Reality ‘Metro Scanner’ and ‘Voice to Text’ Apps.

The new apps are:

• Today which gives you the weather, forecast, news, Twitter and current currency rates
• Weather & Clock which gives you the weather and a clock, with a world map option
• QR Reader which is a basic QR reader
• Post Note which is a note taking app

Only available for LG devices of course, so we were unable to test them out on the HTC HD7. If you have an Omnia 7 or other LG Windows phone lying around, give the new apps a try and let us know how it goes along!
